Been taking for almost 2 weeks. The Royal jelly enzyme really helps me to sleep well at night as compared to other melatonin supplements I had taken in the past for sleep issues.
Didn't see any reduction in weight after taking the simply calories control even though I exercise regularly about 2 to 3 times a week.
